Wrap Daddy’s LLC offers a warranty for our vehicle customization services, which encompass custom vehicle wraps, paint protection films (PPF), window tinting, wheels, tires, ceramic coatings, powder coatings, starlights, and chrome delete services. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the installation date. It is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer.
This warranty does not include damages caused by improper maintenance, accidents, collisions, vandalism, exposure to harsh chemicals or environments, unauthorized installation, or normal wear and tear, such as scratches, pealing, chips, and fading. Wrap Daddy’s retains the right to either repair or replace defective materials at our discretion. To initiate a warranty claim, customers must present proof of purchase and allow Wrap Daddy’s reasonable time to inspect and resolve the issue.
By using the services of Wrap Daddy’s, the customer accepts all risks associated with vehicle customization, including potential damage to the vehicle or its components. The customer agrees to release and discharge Wrap Daddy’s LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action related to the services provided. This includes personal injury, property damage, loss of vehicle use, and economic losses.
Additionally, the customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wrap Daddy’s LLC and its representatives from any third-party claims arising from the services rendered. This indemnification covers legal fees, defense costs, and any settlements or judgments against Wrap Daddy’s LLC
This warranty and liability disclaimer will be governed by the laws of the state where Wrap Daddy’s LLC operates, without regard to any conflicting legal principles. If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain effective. This document represents the complete agreement between the customer and Wrap Daddy’s LLC regarding these matters, replacing all prior agreements or understandings.
By engaging with Wrap Daddy’s LLC, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this warranty and liability disclaimer. Wrap Daddy’s LLC reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting on our website.
